Cote d’Ivoire: voters await run-off results

Votes are being counted in the run-off for Ivory Coast’s first presidential elections in 10 years. Incumbent President Laurent Gbagbo faces former Prime minister Alassane Ouattara. Reports of violence and accusations of voter intimidation created an atmosphere of tension and fear.
