NAIROBI - Ngara High  School looks  like many  hard-scrabbled  boarding  schools  in Nairobi; overcrowded. But the girl’s school is at the forefront of a new-styled secondareducation in Kenya. It is one of only ten schools that is focusing on empowering teenage girls and teaching them to say no to violence against women. A Video By a24media.com

  1. Karolle says:

In Kenya more girls are now going school. The government has implemented measures to encourage girls to complete their secondary education. The girl child needs to be fear less in all that she desires to do. Girls should be mentored at all levels so that she develops a belief system that tells her there are no barriers to her success in life. Opportunities are equal for all boys and girls and it begins with getting a good education

Thanks to the Kenyan government for supporting this & making this mission a possible one.
