Egypt goes dark

Tens of thousands of protesting Egyptians flooded into the streets after Friday prayers in mounting demonstrations calling for an end to President Hosni Mubarak’s 30-year rule. Egyptian security forces have used rubber bullets, tear gas and water canon in running battles. 53 people had died in Friday’s riots. A video by AP.
