Interview with Federica Mogherini: No conditionality, but partnership on Migration with Africa

Brussels – The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, has granted an exclusive interview to and partner African media outlets. After her recent visit to the Sahel, she explains how, in her view, terrorism, security, migration, investment and sustainable development are interconnected in the region.
